Thanks for your feedback. I believe the problem is that word has uninstalled but still has a desktop item and when I try посетить страницу источник uninstall it I cannot find it in my programs. I believe that this stuffs up the office into mkcrosoft I still have word, outlook and powerpoint as they are the only ones no my desktop.
